- Additional revisions or major changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges

- Timelines may vary depending on project complexity
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content submission) are not our responsibility

- Upon full payment, the final website design and content become the client’s property
- We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio
- Any third-party assets (themes, plugins, images) remain subject to their respective licenses
7. Third-Party Tools and Services
We may use third-party tools such as:
- WordPress plugins
- Shopify apps
- Hosting providers
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, including outages, updates, or compatibility problems.
8. Limitation of Liability
Webzela shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business
- Website downtime caused by external factors
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.

- Payments are not made
- Misuse or abusive behavior occurs
Clients may also terminate services, but fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
